To reproduce it, just combine it again and see what happens. But I caution you: if you focus too much on the end goal (orgasm) you may lose your focus, and this can affect your ability to orgasm. We may carry shame from our upbringing, religion etc., and this can hamper our full enjoyment of sex. There is no need to stop what you are doing if it brings you pleasure and is done consensually. You just have to work on the shame part and learn to let it go.
